Complete floorboard restoration, Dublin

We completely removed every floorboard in this 1950s house, saving as much original material as possible. 

Joists were leveled, Insulation installed, floorboards reinstated, and sanded to a beautiful characterful finish. 

Attic Ladder, Flooring, & Shelving, Ashford

We replaced the existing attic hatch with an extendable wooden loft ladder. 

Flooring was added using risers to preserve insulation. 

Lightweight shelving was created between trusses to create storage space.

Bespoke side gates, Naas

Here, we built a pair of custom built to fit gates from beautiful Western Red Cedar. 

Proper joinery and frame construction will ensure that these gates stand the test of time, while strong steel hinges and a keyed lock provide improved durability and security for the homeowners. 

Painted Skirtings & Architraves, Ashford

A splash of bright colour really makes a statement! 

Here, the woodwork was painted to match the pop of orange provided by the light fixtures. 

Driveway Extension, Ashford

Parking space can be at a premium in new build estates. 

Here, we removed a section of lawn, and extended the driveway to give an extra parking space.

The bricks were sourced to match the existing paving, and laid to match the existing curve.
